Fees and Insurance

Insurance Payment: I am a provider for many insurance plans and will accept insurance when possible. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to determine your copayment and deductible in advance of treatment. I am currently contracted with the following plans:

Private Payment: In the event that insurance will not cover counseling, out of network fees for counseling are as follows: 

*Initial visit: $150 for a 60-minute visit 

*Individual counseling: $125 for a 45-minute visit. 

* The One Assessment: $1,000

* Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessment: Will not exceed $3,000. 

Note: For private pay visits a detailed invoice will be provided with required diagnostic codes and information that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
