Fees and Insurance

Insurance Payment: I am a provider for many insurance plans and will accept insurance when possible. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to determine your copayment and deductible in advance of treatment. Copayments and deductible fees are due at the time of visit. 

Private Payment: In the event that insurance will not cover counseling, out of network fees for counseling are as follows: 

*Initial visit: $175 for a 60-minute visit 

*Individual counseling: $150 for a 45-minute visit. 

Note: For private pay visits a detailed invoice will be provided with required diagnostic codes and information that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Insurance will not cover psychoeducational testing or school neuropsychological testing.  

Private Payment: The cost of an assessment is determined by the specific questions you want addressed. I will collaborate with you to design an evaluation that aligns with your unique needs and goals. Fees for assessments can range from $500 to $2,500 for the assessment which includes all testing visits, interviews, record reviews, rating scales, a report and final meeting to review assessment results. A detailed invoice will be provided so that you may retain for a flexible spending account or other health savings accounts. For testing, 50% is requested on the first testing date and the remainder at the time of report completion.
