Fees and Insurance

Insurance Payment: I am a provider for many insurance plans and will accept insurance when possible. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to determine your copayment and deductible in advance of treatment. I am currently contracted with the following plans:

Private Payment: In the event that insurance will not cover counseling, out of network fees for counseling are as follows: 

*Initial visit: $150 for a 60-minute visit 

*Individual counseling: $125 for a 45-minute visit. 

Note: For private pay visits a detailed invoice will be provided with required diagnostic codes and information that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

School Neuropsychological Testing Services are provided to assist with

• ADHD diagnostic evaluations for children and adults
• Autism diagnostic evaluations for children
• Learning Disability evaluations
• Diagnostic Evaluations to determine the presents of a mental health problem

Fees: The cost of an assessment is determined by the type of assessment requested. In some cases insurance may pay for the assessment or portions of the assessment. I will collaborate with you to design an evaluation that aligns with your unique needs and goals and discuss payment options with you.
